Giant Yellow Hyssop grows from 3-7 feet high. It has large leaves on a sturdy square-shaped stem. The plant may branch about half-way up the stem and each branch will have a spike of small pale yellow flowers. Deer don’t usually eat this plant due to the bitter leaves.
